Are you prepared for a house fire?
This is one of a monthly newsletter that I write for a broker for Optimum Finance. The client hired me to help him communicate with his clients on a monthly basis.
His intention was to promote policy knowledge to his short-term residential and automotive insurance clients in order to reduce unsuccessful claims and improve his retention rates.
The strategy has so far worked spectacularly well and the agreement will soon be expanded to additional newsletters for his commercial clients, as well as additional forms of digital content production.
